Shipping Policy
Shipping is free to United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland.

My small & medium Mirrors are made to order and are normally ready in to ship in 1-2 weeks by Royal Mail 48hr tracked service.

My larger mirrors are made to order and are normally ready to ship in 1-2 weeks by Parcelforce 24hr tracked service.

Sorry but I am unable to ship outside of the UK.

There will be additional delivery costs for remote or offshore UK destinations. Please contact me before ordering for an estimate.
Return & Exchange Policy
If an item is damaged in transit or faulty please contact me immediately and I will arrange a replacement or refund.

If an item is unwanted, please contact me asap ( and within 14 days of receipt) to arrange a return. I will replace or refund but, in this case, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
