Ros's design is simple, yet elegant and will match my (unfinished) new bathroom. I asked her if this could be done by Friday, which was pushing it, given I had asked her to do it with a week's notice. It actually arrived today (Wednesday).

I’m so happy with my mirror from Ros, it’s beautifully made and to a very high standard. The attention to detail is great, even the back is covered very neatly and the cable to hang it on feels very strong. It was packaged very well, no chance of it being damaged in delivery. It looks beautiful on the wall 😁

The mirror is beautiful. Exactly as it looks in the photos. I adore it. It was excellently packaged and labelled for delivery and also labelled nicely for safe unpacking. The mirror arrived promptly and I was sent updates throughout the craft process so I knew the mirror was on its way. It’s really perfect. And I love it very very much. I very much hope to buy from this seller again.

This gorgeous mirror arrived safely and due to perfect packaging soundly. it also arrived earlier than expected. The mirror is beautifully made including the backing and chain for hanging. Absolutely love the mirror. I chose a design but asked if it could have pink glass instead of green. Nothing was too much trouble for Ros. The mirror arrived very well wrapped and packaged and despite there being a big dent in the box the mirror was intact because it was so well wrapped. Gorgeous bespoke mirror and great service. Thank you
