I ordered two; Rosalind helpfully checked with me first regarding the Red I wanted, as her glass was more Orange (a colour I loathe), so ordered a deep-red for me, and quickly sent me a sample unasked. She kept in close contact, so I was never unsure what was going on. The Mirrors are lighter than one would imagine (a good thing!) and the manner in which she has strung them (with wire) makes them sturdy & safe to hang. The packing was a little onerous, as there was SO much of it (mainly shredded paper) but this is an observation, not a criticism - as I understand her care - and instructions on how to unpack to further keep them safe. The product looks close to the photo she uses. It was a pleasure to buy from her, and I heavily recommend. So much so, I am now looking to buy another..
